ELSA HAARSTAD
As the Marketing and Research Coordinator for Twopoint Studio, Elsa assembles and designs our communications and marketing collateral in addition to researching and writing about the sites where we work.
Elsa is currently pursuing a Masters in Historic Preservation at Goucher College. As a Heritage Sustainability Scholar, her studies surround the preservation of space and community, looking at how communities shape the culture and relevance of a neighborhood. Elsa folds her studies into Twopoint, leading research components for the team and pushing a humanistic, empathetic, and compassionate-led design practice as well as leading research and evaluations of the team’s historic projects.
Elsa received her Bachelor of Fine Arts from the School of the Art Institute of Chicago in 2015. She studied art and design in an interdisciplinary and conceptual setting, spending time in Visual Communications, Fashion Illustration, Fiber Studies, Painting, Art History, and Philosophy.
