This 2,400 sf gut renovation and addition to an existing 3 story rowhome transformed a single home into a 7-bedroom Air Bnb property with common areas and private event spaces. An addition to the rear, reconfiguration of the floor plans to create open common areas and private suites, and a new, expansive roof deck provide ample, flexible space for the new program. The Fox Den plays host to many visiting guests and events: dinner parties, intimate music performances, meetings, podcast recordings, and photoshoots.

This project was a finalist in the Baltimore Magazine Home & Design Awards 2023 and was featured in the May 2022 edition of the magazine.
