Redevelopment and new construction on approximately 6.5 acres including 78 apartments within 8 buildings and a community building with related site infrastructure and amenities. TPS worked on this project in association with Wallace Roberts & Todd and provided full architectural services for the community building and will spearhead Construction Administration for the entire project as the local architect.

In addition, Twopoint Studio is a stakeholder in the Maryland Energy Administration Grants. This program, sponsored by BGE, the Maryland Energy Administration, and the Housing Authority of the City of Annapolis, explores the use of a microgrid system which is to be implemented on the site.
