Twopoint Studio was the architect for the modified rehab of this 1970’s - 168 unit mulit-family apartment complex located in Baltimore County in the mid-2000’s. The 14 building complex is now being revisited with upgrades and energy saving measures and additional programming elements featuring a new community building with administrative offices, outdoor amenity space, walking paths and playground.

The project is comprised of 1BR, 2BR, and 3BR units, with laundry facilities and storage in every building. Interior upgrades included new kitchens and baths and finishes. The original rehab including providing accessible units within the three level apartments organized around a central exterior core and a decorative steel awning feature created a new identity for the buildings. The project was financed through a 9% LIHTC.
