Twopoint Studio likes to build relationships with our repeat clients in an effort to support each others business interests. One such client is Ernst Valery of SAA/EVI. Twopoint has worked on several projects with Mr. Valery - including breweries, office projects, retail spaces, housing projects, and a coffee roastery.

SAA/EVI purchased the building at 1812 Greenmount West for a the development of a new commercial option for the revitalized corridor south of North Avenue. The building is a 2-story former industrial property, roughly 20,000 sf in size, and the development plan modified the structure to support multi-tenant options for an office suite on the second level, with manufacturing spaces on the lower level that have retail options - including handmade cosmetics, a coffee roastery, and a production brewery.

Twopoint Studio assisted with the brewery and roastery tenant improvements, and the Office Suite on level 2, which will house SAA/EVI’s corporate office here in Baltimore once the renovation is complete. The Office Suite is developed with flexible options for 2-3 office suites that will share amenities, including two conference rooms and a shared front lobby for wayfinding.
