For our 4th brewery in southwest Baltimore, Twopoint Studio teamed up with the guys from Wico St. Brewing Company on a tenant improvement for a vacant street level space in the historic 1100 Wicomico Building. The brewery is part of an overall vision for a vibrant ground floor retail/market program which will take up approximately 40,000 sf of space on the ground floor, wrapping around an existing tenant lobby space. The brewery will be the anchor tenant for the retail/market.

The Brewery has been designed for a 7-bbl Brewery System, with space left over for future expansion. The Tasting Room is to take up approximately 50% of the overall space, with room for tables and chairs and a draft station with bartop service and bar seating as needed - all wrapping around a central cold box refrigeration unit that houses the direct draft system for the bar. A customized wrap has been designed to wrap around the cold box unit, allowing for branding and menu boards, merch shelving, and tap system to play off a more inviting backround.
