A new brewery and tasting room with a cafe + restaurant space, and a 3,000 sf event space in the Greenmount West neighborhood!

Located on Guilford Avenue in the burgeoning arts district building up in the heart of Baltimore, this 16,000 sf development is taking shape in an abandon industrial building that once served as a power plant to supplement the City’s energy grid. The renovation consists of stripping out a lot of the old infrastructure, cleaning up the various surfaces, then installing new space-defining features to compliment an all-day program that is desired. The complex of buildings form the ideal environment for the purpose, and easily section off the multiple programs that make up the Brewery and Tasting Rooms, the Cafe and Restaurant, and the flex space on the second level that can be rented for 200 person events.

The Brewery will have a focus on German-style lagers and flavors, with a complimentary kitchen focus on German foods with an American twist. Guilford Hall opened May 2021.
